FEATHERED NEST FRIDAY No. 29

The beautiful sunshine was calling to me this morning...
beckoning me to come outside and work in the yard a bit.
My little vintage garden table went back to the pea gravel patio for now
where it found itself covered in the warm sunshine.

Which inspired a quick spring table setting.

A dainty lavender bloom in beach cottage wicker,
a chippy old birdhouse just freshly out of the cold snow
and a sweet burlap sack for a tablecloth.
The old mirror tray is a recent thrift store find for $2.00

I love how sweet these vintage partridge plates are.
They are just perfect for a little outdoor dining.

The weather is beautiful with sunshine,
blue skies and warmth
and

almost all the piles of snow are melted away!
:)

Hope the weather is perking up for all of you
and the storm in the East moves quickly on by.

It's my little baby sisters 24th birthday today!
(Sorry for the terrible quality pic from *a few years ago*)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TAYLOR!!!
I LOVE YOU!

  5. Sweet little outdoor space. I like the way you used the burlap bag across the table. Your vignette is pretty. I recently picked up some burlap bags to use for the table. Haven't decided exactly how I'll use them at this point. Our tables are round so can't just toss it at an angle like you did.
Thanks for hosting each week. I'm not on Face Book so I can't see the posts, but it sounds like a nice idea. ~ Sarah
