Have you fallen head over heels for those Ball reproduction blue mason jars yet?
*sigh*
I must admit… I love them
That pretty blue color is perfect for holding favorite flowers
marching down the center of a table
They bring that perfect vintage inspired color and charm
& pretty flatware tied with a
ruffled ribbon and tiny hydrangea bloom
Love.
Our white dahlias are blooming over here and the plants are covered in buds
getting ready to open soon.
This is the first year I have planted Dahlia’s and picked up an assortment
This is the first year I have planted Dahlia’s and picked up an assortment
of colors but only the white have bloomed so far
I love the details on their petals
Mixed with peach colored stock and green hydrangeas
they create a delightful little cottage bouquet
So there is my simple Summer table setting that all started with those little
blue reproduction mason jars
I have been using these cuties in several ways over here already
and will share a few ideas in a separate post
about different ways to show a little mason jar love

Courtney, I know you have room for a guest at your place right? I'm just coming for the Summer. lol. Your house is so pretty and just always seems to be overflowing with gorgeous flowers!!!! These are so pretty. You'll love having Dahlias. They are the best cut flowers. We had loads at the last house, but none here. I do miss their pretty faces. You did the Ball jars proud with your wonderful display 🙂 Shannon

Courtney, You always set the most beautiful tables. I love the blue mason jars and even though we are moving I am buying them anyway. I want them so badly for the same reason for flowers that I will plant next spring in our new garden in our new home!

Love your flowers in the ball jars. Right now I have white roses in my clear Ball jar on the dining room table. Just love them for that. I didn't know they were reproducing the colored jars. Nice to know. I have a few of the old antique jars in blue that I also use for flowers. I saw pink Ball jars in a pic on Pinterest. Beautiful! Possibly they are making them in pink also?

Love the table settings! Actually, I have quite a few of the old blue Bell jars, pints, quarts and even a couple of half gallons and the original lids on some. A couple are glass lids, some are zinc with the glass inserts that were used with rubber seals. I remember my mom canning in these. At least one of the half gallon jars came from a friend who "had no use" for it. She also had no use for a lovely old crock with wire handles. I'm so glad she couldn't think of a way to use these! I adore them!
