Do you remember the old bicycle I brought home from a neighbors yard sale?
The one that had two popped tires, an old cracked leather seat
and that was so classic in black and white.
It wasn’t something that could be used for riding or anything like that
but it was definitely something that had the most charming look
and you kind of had to laugh at the unusual price to buy it.
😉
It was mine for the price of a can of beer.
I loved it- and even though I knew it was purely ‘decorative junk’
I could see it propped against a tree or leaning against a white picket fence
with a little basket on the handlebars filled with pretty blooming flowers.
If you would like to read more about the story behind it
