Inspiration everywhere.
Lots of laughs and lots of fun.
Can you believe that it has been over a month since I was in NYC for Blogger Day
with HomeGoods?
Where did April go?
Seriously.
Most of you probably already know that I am one of the Design Happy bloggers for Homegoods and I share inspirations and decorating over on their Design Happy blog every month.
I absolutely love working with them and always enjoy having a few days of in person time to get together too.
Every year- HomeGoods plans a fun couple of days together to reconnect and plan for the upcoming year- and laugh. A lot.
(pardon the iPhone and Instagram photos)
This year, Blogger Day was in NYC- which I was super excited about since
it is one of my favorite cities.
We started out talking about the business side of things and even had the opportunity to learn from a Pinterest Guru and chat more about Pinterest and how it has changed.
Then, we headed over to Home Polish HQ for a fun couple hours of inspiration.
Have you heard of Home Polish?
Home Polish is a great design group
doing gorgeous design for clients all while charging an affordable amount
with several different options for getting that amazing look.
They were so great and energetic to listen to and learn from
and their offices were almost as amazing as they were.
We headed out for a delicious dinner at Eataly, NYC.
Having never been inside Eataly before, I was amazed at the sheer size of Eataly, the selection and the incredible food. I highly recommend it if you are in town.
The next day was all about inspiration. From antiques to new to everything in between.
We shopped at ABC Carpet and Home and
I literally wanted to ship everything back.
Surprise, surprise.
I tried to figure out a way to get this cupboard considered to be a carryon
because it literally was perfect for a project.
Completely inspiring doesn’t even begin to describe it.
Our next stop was Fishs Eddy-
another fun place to get inspired and I fell in love with their creative displays
and sassy dinnerware.
It was an amazing couple of days with my HomeGoods family-
and they truly do feel like family to me.
Blogger Day is kind of like learning, growing and just having fun with friends
who totally understand that
HomeGoods Happy feeling and thrive on it as well.
Thank you for a great Blogger Day HomeGoods-
I’m Looking forward to next year already!
I will share more about my trip back to NYC just last week in a separate post.
Happy Wednesday!

Yes, I do know about Home Polish and subscribe to their blog. I know by the stores you visited while in NYC that you had a great time. ABC and Fishs Eddy are two of my most favorite stores but I've never been to Eataly – guess it opened before I moved from NYC.

Your too funny,I am guessing the flight attendants did not let you bring the hutch on as a carry on 🙂 sounds like you had an awesome time… There is a new home goods store opening up close by my house, I can't wait for it to open….then a again that could be trouble :-D. Have a great day.
Be blessed
