Fresh flowers, faux flowers and a whole lot of inspiration and fun.
Yesterday was such a fun post to write and to finally be able to share something that I have been up to behind the scenes- so excited.
And today-I am honored to share about 3 of my sweet blog friends who are also sharing some of the florals.
Each one of these girls means the world to me. They are incredible friends and incredible bloggers. And I simply cannot say enough about them and why you need to follow them if you don’t already.
KariAnne at Thistlewood Farms
KariAnne is one of my closest blog friends. She always makes me laugh. Always fills me up with excitement about things and she has been a huge support of me and the crazy flower filled things I do.
And she talks about that first time we met at Haven Conference a few years back and she is so funny. Because I literally was standing there looking at her and wanting to say hello… and I am sure I said something totally crazy when I did.
Since then, we have become close and she always has my back- just like I do hers. And she is writing an article each month for Romantic Homes – and is launching her next book The DIY Planner tomorrow.
I am loving the Loire Valley in her bathroom- and I am loving that bathroom!! Click on over to see more and read her thoughts.
Marian at Miss Mustard Seed
Marian is one of the bloggers who I looked up to for years. She amazed me with her blog and furniture makeovers and then she started a paint line and wrote books and I was always thinking… I want to be like Marian when I grow up. She truly was one of the pioneers of taking your blog to a different avenue and expanding that brand even more. And when I finally met her a couple of years ago at Haven- she was exactly everything I knew she would be in person. So Kind. So Genuine.
So Miss Mustard Seed.
Not only is her milk paint and photography amazing- she is one of the kindest girls I know and she is a contributing writer for Romantic Homes as well.
I love how she styled the Marseille Meadow- and the Brittany Rose
looks like it was meant to be in her home.
Liz Marie of Liz Marie Blog
Liz Marie was my partner in crime and getting lost on the GMC Hidden Treasure Adventure and driving from Michigan to Atlanta over several days- we chatted, laughed, cried a bit – and I just absolutely adore her. I have loved watching how she has blossomed into an amazing blogger and shop owner and her farmhouse? And Grace? Oh my goodness. Absolutely beautiful.
She has a heart of gold and I love her to bits. She styled the Marseille Meadow wreath and garland and I absolutely thought those were perfect for her when they came in.
They look gorgeous at White Cottage Farm- take a peek here.
And to enter the giveaway to win one of 3 arrangements- you can find my post sharing each of them and enter right here.
I am off for a busy fun day at Design Bloggers Conference- but I wanted to come on here and say thank you so much to all of you have sent me notes, left comments and supported this new collection.
I am so humbled and appreciative.
French Country Cottage wouldn’t be without all of you- and I am so thankful for you.
See you on Wednesday for a behind the scenes peek at the shoot at Rachel Ashwell’s home
and something exciting there as well.
Happy Monday.

I was so thrilled to read at KariAnne's blog that your are the editor at Romantic Homes! A perfect fit and you'v always had a true gift for writing.
I'm really enjoying these blog posts, I've followed KariAnne, Liz, and Marian forever. Not up to their caliber, but always inspired! Your love and use of fresh flower, especially outdoors in fantasy table settings, have been a joy to see and inspiration.
All the best,
Jane

I have inherited Spode's Billingsley Rose pattern, and your Brittany Rose arrangement would be a beautiful compliment.

You have taught me so much that I never knew about country French. All of the flowers are gorgeous, but Chantilly is my favorite. My bedroom is blush and gray.
