You know how sometimes you find something in a certain color or pattern
or even that just has a certain detail that you absolutely adore?
or even that just has a certain detail that you absolutely adore?
Something like this little old coffee container.
This is one of those random posts. Not a 5 random things post- though I have one of those coming up too. But a random post in that I am worn out from a busy work day yesterday and I didn’t get a chance to style and photograph much
Simply practicing photography and learning how to use my new camera.
I am one to use pretty much anything as a vase -so when I found this
thrift store treasure -I loved it and pictured it with pretty pinks or oranges.
Here it is photographed for a post for the HomeGoods blog with orange spray roses

I loved the pattern on this as I have been collecting blue and white china recently
Like the plates on the wall in here
and a few platters that I picked up recently
So this piece caught my eye when I found it for the colors and I also
thought the size was perfect for a small bouquet.
So fresh for welcoming Spring
Since I photographed this several weeks ago
I sure am missing these ranunculus.
They bloomed for a good 2 weeks before starting to dry a bit and they were perfect for filling
up the container for a small centerpiece for a table for two.

I am in love with casual table settings and this one has just enough of a mix to be charming.
A weathered table top
set with vintage china & silver flatware
and a small but gorgeous bouquet

Hi Kathryn, If it is only for your personal use. We have had quite a few issues with people painting my photos and then selling them- which is not permitted.
