15 must haves for a sprinkle of blush & mixed metallics for home

It is the day after Thanksgiving
and the day after all those calories that don't count.

Which basically means...
it is the day when you are figuring out just how much extra jogging
it is going to take to make up for that one day of over indulgence.
And the day after Thanksgiving...
well, it is also the official kick off for the holiday and gifting season...
though some of us start decorating much earlier...

And it also means that Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales start popping up Everywhere.
And since I am big on blush and metallics for Christmas decor this year-
I have rounded up some of my absolute favorites in that rosy blushing category-and those amazing metallics that are must haves.
These are perfect for decorating and entertaining this holiday season and beyond.
And even better-
they are on SALE this weekend.

We will start with blush.

Blush. Mercury glass. Need I say more?
Yes, these Ombre ornaments from Balsam Hill are a MUST if you love blush -
they are incredibly beautiful in person - and they are almost sold out so don't wait.

Seriously in love with these gorgeous blush beauties.
They are the softest shade of pink and with faux fur-it doesn't get much better than that.
 You will love them.

And the blush faux fur tree skirt to match- yes, please. I am loving this one
and you will see just exactly where I used this in my home next week.

I love them so much I bought two sets.

Completely in love with the details on these glasses- and they are a chunky bigger than average size being that they are doubles.
I love that you can use them for flowers, for little tea light candles and for cocktails.

I saw these blush & gold gift boxes... and they were an instant must have.
I ordered enough to put under the tree to look pretty while keeping those gifts under wraps.
They are amazing in several styles- and they have white and gold and brown paper-and yes, I bought those too and you will see them all very soon.

Pretty little pink wine glasses rimmed with gold- they are delicate and beautiful and perfect for special occasions like Christmas parties and dinners.
And these are 30% off this weekend. Amazing.

I was so excited to find several of these blush candles at a thrift store (along with all those brassy candlesticks) and I was even more excited to find packages of those candles to replace the ones I use
so that I can enjoy them all year long.

Because, blush throws are a great way to add just a touch of that rosy color without being too much for Christmas. And at this price- they are also perfect for gifts.

Onto the Midas touch

Mercury glass votives

Great for holiday table settings- and a great gift.
These silver ones are under $20 for a set- and these rose gold - are under $25

Rose Gold flatware

Must have- and the best price I have found- 20 piece service for 4- for $65.
A look similar to this.

And if you are looking for Copper flatware- such as is in this setting

And of course, I have to add in some Gold flatware
and these are an amazing deal at just $15
for each piece this weekend.

And for a set of service for 4 - I am loving these.

And one for the road that is not really metallics but you have asked me about it so many times...
those carved wood chargers from Mondays post

  1. Such lovely photos. I was pleased to see that you were featured on This Is Glamorous!

  2. I love the boxes, Courtney. I wil use those year round for storage. Plus the price point is fantastic too! Target is one store I haven't checked for new Christmas decor goodies. The road was under massive construction and I just turned around with the forget this 'tude. Ha ha.

I must have missed seeing a post with the blushing pink peonies and all the beautiful dishes with tons of gold. That one is my favorite. I'm in the market for new special occasion flatware. I still love my pretty ones but a fork went MIA and I noticed a couple of spots that don't look so good on them. I think they didn't care for the dishwasher. :-( So sad for me because I really loved them since they mocked a vintage or antique pattern and were simplistic scrolls on the handles.

Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and found something delightful to put underneath your silver domes....probably not cornish game hens since you aren't a meat eater. Actually, I was talking about you yesterday... I said I wonder what vegetarians have as a main course if they don't eat meat. Maybe you could share that. We have had vegetarians here for dinner and I do well with accomadating their diets along with almost every food allergy since I have bloody Celiac disease and have to nix all gluten and dairy from everything.

Back in the day, I was a vegetararian but it would be difficult to cut that on my limited diet. :-(

  3. Love all the photos they are so so pretty, thanks for all the sale info. Will be checking it put. Hope you had a great. Thanksgiving.
