Simple spring refresh

Simple is perfect when it comes to a refresh.

And when you find something like pretty little bedding that speaks your name? Well, you know...
I mentioned a couple weeks ago that I found the most gorgeous blush bedding at TJMaxx... and then I wandered into another store and found a couple more of the most amazing patterns.

It happens.
I have no other explanation that that I get weak in the knees for florals..

So excited to be joining my farmhouse blog friends today-
and I wanted to share a closer look at the makeover of the bedroom with my HomeGoods family.

It all started with that pretty blush ruffled bedding. An amazing find-this is the one that I shared that I ordered from  TJ  I love the stitching details and long fringed ruffles.

I added a pretty white quilt at the foot of the bed.
And layers of pretty linens on the pillows.

Love these vintage inspired crocheted edge shams-
and of course- layered with some of my favorite florals.

And a favorite tip: Don't forget the behind the scenes- meaning- pick up some new sheets when giving your room a refresh. New sheets always make the bed look and feel like a new one.

And you know I had to find something pretty for flowers.

And this blue and white handmade pottery caught my eye.
It has the most charming little deer and folk type characters painted on it.
I was pretty much obsessed when I saw it and knew it would be perfect
for those pretty dark pink ranunculus.

More on that soon.
I am loving these simple changes... but as I mentioned... weak in the knees for florals and quilts.
And so... as promised you will be seeing 3 other looks coming your way that will show you how easy it is to give your room a whole new look with bedding.

And don't miss any of my farmhouse friends sharing their spring inspiration today.
