I took off 2 large upper cabinet doors and it’s a game changer for sure. I “updated” My kitchen a year ago by adding vertical shiplap in white but my cupboards are a butter yellow inside and the outsides are Aegean Teal (Benjamin Moore Pantone 2020) as is the trim and doors. I think it is similar to a bookcase or other shelving areas- a quick wipe down and dust as needed keeps the shelves clean.
