Actually, I have quite a few of the old blue Bell jars, pints, quarts and even a couple of half gallons and the original lids on some. A couple are glass lids, some are zinc with the glass inserts that were used with rubber seals. I remember my mom canning in these. At least one of the half gallon jars came from a friend who "had no use" for it. She also had no use for a lovely old crock with wire handles. I'm so glad she couldn't think of a way to use these! I adore them!
