I had my ankle hurting me a few months back so I know how much pain you are in. You should soak it in warm Epsom Salt water then put Ice pack on it and do this every hour or two. Plus buy you a ankle brace ! Get you some T – Relief Gel to rub on it. You can order it from Amazon.com works great. Remember Ice, Ice and more Ice. Praying you feel better soon.
