Preheat your oven to 350 degreesStir together the flour, baking powder, sugar and spices and set aside.In a separate bowl, mix together the pumpkin, milk, oil and vanilla & then mix into the dry ingredients. Pour into a smaller size casserole dish- unless doubling the recipe.Mix the sugar, brown sugar , chocolate chips and nuts together to create a crumble topping and sprinkle it on the top of the batter. Pour hot coffee (or water) over the top of the batter to cover it and bake for about 50 minutes until set. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving- best served warm and drizzled with extra 'caramel'.
