Caramel Drizzled Apples
Caramel Drizzled apples sprinkled with almonds

- 1 10 oz bag Salted or other variety caramels
- 4 Apples Granny Smith or other variety
- 1 Cup Chopped Almonds or other nuts
- 4 pieces Skewers
Unwrap your caramels and place them into your saucepan. Add 2 tbsp of water.
Heat over low -medium heat and stir continuously until your caramels are melted.
Skewer your apple and dip in the caramel. Turn the apple to coat it fully and place on wax paper or a muffin wrapper.
Drizzle another round of caramel on the top of the apple in a zig zag form and sprinkle with nuts- making sure to press some in a bit to get them to stick.
Cool in refrigerator for 10 minutes to set and serve at room temperature.
