Ingredients
  

  • 1 Loaf Fresh Hearty Whole Grain Bread This is an olive bread- but you can use your favorite kind
  • 1 wheel Boursin Cheese - Fig & Balsamic You can also use Garlic & Herb or any flavor you prefer
  • 1 cup Pistachios - whole

Method
 

  1. Slice chunky pieces of bread for the toast.
    Warm on the stove top or in the oven.
    Spread a layer of Boursin cheese on the top of one side of the bread.
    Chop the pistachios if desired.
    Sprinkle with pistachios and drizzle with honey before serving.
