A peek at Christmas through the house - Holiday Housewalk

Merry and bright... all through the house.
I have a big love of decking the halls- and don't stop at twinkling trees and mantels.
Today I am sharing a peek at the Christmas that is appearing in the house this year
So grab a cup of coffee and come along.

This week is the week of the Holiday Housewalk

hosted by my sweet friend Jen Rizzo - you can start at her blog
to find links to ALL the participants this year.

If you are coming over from Nina Hendrick- Welcome!!
Her home is always such a beautiful tour!

This year, I am sharing a peek at a few of the rooms in our home
because -
I have WAY too many photos to share so...
this is a peek.
And stay tuned for more.

On the porch- the merry has just started to appear

Simple greens and fresh fruit are always on repeat outdoors it seems
and those lanterns are favorites for adding a festive touch.

Just inside- a frosted Alpine Fir from Balsam Hill

and the living room twinkle just beyond.

The living room is warm and bright with several twinkling trees

That glow all day long and into the evening

and candles on the mantel.

(and a sweet Cleo 'helping')

The dining room is simple- set for a festive dinner

with candles galore

In the kitchen, a simple juniper swag and bouquet of soft flowers adds a simple touch- you can see more in this post here.

Down the hall...  just a bit of cedar again this year

A peek into my office...and a sweet pup.
more coming soon

In the attic- a bit of whimsy is starting to appear

In the bathroom- simple and sweet.

And a couple fun stylings outdoors that are coming your way

And much.more.

Up next- click on over to see

And stay tuned for much more Christmas decor coming your way.

Happy Tuesday everyone.

  9. I love the mirror on the mantle. I have been looking for something similar for my master bedroom-trying to replace my cherry Chippendale for a more antiqued look for our lake house. Most newer pieces are just too ornate. Yours is a very subtle piece. Love it.
