Sugar sprinkled lemon snowflake cookies? Yes, please. These are simple and charming in an old fashioned iced kind of cookie way- have a delicious little fresh lemon flavor and they are so.easy. to make.
Sugar Sprinkled Charm
I have a confession with these cookies. I started out with a vintage cookie stamp cutter that was so cute with so many little details- a little whimsical twinkling tree. It was a fail folks. I oiled and floured and then floured again. And every.time. the cookie dough stuck right into that stamp. After a few more tries – I decided to peruse the drawer for any other cookie cutters- and found these snowflakes cutters that I had forgotten about that I ordered a few months ago. They were PERFECT. And I loved that there were several sizes of them- even more fun.

Such an easy to make recipe- and it is delicious. This is adapted from this recipe if you are looking for the original. I tend to customize- and this one needed some extra lemon flavor for our taste.
