I am all about simple romantic decor over here.
And fresh flowers are definitely something that plays a big part in my decor year round. I pretty much think a room or table is not finished without flowers.
And when it comes to mantel decor- decorating them with flowers is a favorite thing as well.
Add in a touch of glam with old brassy golds and mottled antique mirrors-
and I am in love.
And since I am knee deep in business catch up work today- and it is the first of April- which means spring is well underway – I thought it would be a perfect day to share 5 flower filled (of course!) romantic, elegant and simple 5 minute ideas for spring mantel decor.
Starting with one of my favorite spring flowers-
Camellia blooms.
Camellias and vintage books? Yes please.
This mantel in the guest cottage is one I would love to recreate every year- so simple and pretty.
And how about a simple rustic romantic cedar box filled with camellia clippings for a mantel- or for a centerpiece? Seriously gorgeous and so easy to put together.
This box was a simple DIY that took about 10 minutes to make – read more here
Mason jars and ranunculus? Might be one of my most favorite simple mantel decor ideas ever.
and I have to include one from earlier this year because- seriously-
those Italian ranunculus are ahhmazzing.
That’s it for todays flower filled Flower Market Friday post-
happy weekend everyone!

These are so beautiful! Thanks for the inspiration. How do you always have so many gorgeous flowers around? Do get them from flower shops or grow them yourself? We currently grow peonies (my favorite), but that ranunculus is so pretty! I'll have to try to plant some next year!
