Learn the simple how-to for decorating a greenhouse or garden shed for the holidays
with just a couple elements.
When I was styling for the holidays last year- decking the halls and dressing the mantels
and putting up quite a few twinkling trees…
I also decided to play out in the greenhouse and add a bit of Christmas cheer for a few photos for my book.
You might remember seeing a sneak of the greenhouse last year on my blog
and you will see a new styling this year as well.
But today, I am sharing a few extra photos that didn’t make the book cut
but that are favorites even so.
Our greenhouse is more of a daydreaming space than greenhouse.
Filled with comfy places to sit and pretty little details like a chandelier.
A french daybed and soft sheer panels are on repeat-
but at Christmas time…
you will find a twinkling tree and buckets of vintage baubles.
I found the vintage metal buckets and instantly pictured them filled with fresh blooms
and charming details like vintage glass ornaments.
A few pillows plopped on the floor with a cozy knit throw
and a sweet little spot to sit and do a little twinkling tree gazing is created.
Outdoors- a fresh wreath on the door
is a simple way to add just a touch of cottage style charm.
Stay tuned for the greenhouse wearing a pretty sprinkling of Christmas
this year coming your way soon – and you can see more
and don’t miss any of my friends who are sharing a bit of Christmas inspiration
as well.
