I am dreaming of a pink Christmas…

I love to add a little pink into Christmas decorations.

Gorgeous rosy blush, deep pinks, hot pinks, bright pinks
or pale pinks…

google
the Holidays are pretty in pinks
Google image
It doesn’t have to be a lot of pink… just a bit here and there
A cloche filled with glass balls on a sideboard
or a white tree covered in pink jewels
or maybe a little pink on the table
It inspired this ‘Dreaming of a pink Christmas’ tablescape.

Gorgeous vintage glass ornaments
and pretty mercury glass silver trees
= LOVE.

This gorgeous ornament wreath~ fabulous.
I think I am going to try and make one like this this year

What about pink Christmas trees?
Love them? Hate them?
I decorate several trees at my house- I can never decide on just 1 theme
so I do a few different ones

(google image)
This year I am adding at least 1 more tree…
So what do you think-
should it be pinkalicious?
My absolute favorite tree in our house
is a heavily flocked white tree that I found
at a local Ben Franklin.
It is perfect with just a few ornaments and lights on it
no need for anything more.
Maybe I will just make that one into a pretty in pink tree
(though I have to admit…
I kinda like the pink branches on the pink ones)
🙂
See you tomorrow for Feathered Nest Friday!
My mom and I were in Michaels today commenting on the lack of pink in Christmas decor this year. {she has done beautiful pink decor for several years} I'm thrilled to see others still "think pink" for the holidays, it is always stunning!

I can't wait to buy my first house so I can make my pink Christmas dream come true! Pretty post <3
I love pink for Christmas! There's just something about it.
When I was a newlywed, I had a white tree that I decorated all in pink. I loved that tree & wish I still had it.
Can't wait for the block party!!!Enjoy your day!
I agree. Nothing prettier than a pink Christmas!!!! I'll be adding a bowl of pink vintage ornaments to my dining room table and possibly a small pink tree. I'm looking forward to seeing your decorations.
hugs

Oooh, I love that pink ornament wreath, Courtney! For the past couple of years {since I found two smaller trees at Goodwill}, I've been doing more than one tree. I do each one different. One I use all my kids ornaments from when they were little and those they made. One is just fun and whimsical. The main one I keep more traditional. Last year I picked up a little counter top one for the kitchen and used ornaments related to baking, candy and hot chocolate. It went well with my baking Santa!
I'm so happy to read that I'm not the only one with "I can't decide the theme .. I "need" more than one tree"..;) I know I drive the Mr. crazy … but I love Christmas !!
Go for the pink !! it will look great… This year our main tree is in soft pinks, purples, blues with silver …xo HHL

How pretty! I am doing my children's Christmas dresses in pink and black this year and would LOVE to have this type of "pinkalicious" decorations in the background for the card! Sooo lovely!
I'm with you girl, i love pink mixed in with white and all the sparkles and white lights. Looks like the sugar plum fairy has been there. My favorite is a flocked tree too, they are Amazing!

You will do it so beautifully! Can't wait to see it!
Love Love LOVE the pink! It's such a joyful color! Here in the Houston area, it seems that brown and gold leopard print ribbon, brown and gold balls, pheasant feathers and such as that are kind of one of the "in" looks for Christmas this year….
it's pretty, but you can't beat PINK!
Thanks for sharing all of those pretty pink pics with us!
hugs,
Jenni
I could look at all these pretty pink pics all day….seriously!
Sigh….just pure gorgeousness!! I know anything pink you come up with for Christmas is going to be fabulous. Can't wait to party with you in a few weeks!! Yikes, I better get back to decorating! 🙂

Last year at Christmas time we were awaiting the birth of our first grandchild, a girl. So in honor of Mila born on Jan.30th, I decorated a tree with all pink! It was so pretty. I love Christmas decor in other than the traditional green and red colors. So fun! (My other tree is in coppers and golds.)
Oh- I love it! It is absolutely gorgeous..from the wreath to the table setting! Gorgeous!!!! xo Diana
I love pink and I know you do too! I am not sure about a pink tree, but I do love the flocked trees with pink ornaments! Loved the last image of the table decor. Stunning!
The pink is so pretty and fresh looking!
So pretty! LOVE the wreath full of vintage ornaments!
How did you become connected with Lowes?just curious..xoxo
when I used to do a tree in every room I had a white silk tree with pink ornaments. The top was pink glass grapes. That was 20 years ago and that tree now is a gorgeous creamy patina so this year it is decorated in pheasant feathers, gold birds, gold acorns, glittered preserved ferns and twig garland. I found two vintage chalk ware pheasants at a yard sale this summer and they are at the base of the tree. This is for Thanksgiving. It will be turned into our only Christmas tree this year by removing the acorns and adding gold Santas. I need to buy a new white tree for the pink ornaments and Valentines. LOL….sorry for the long post but guess what I am saying is I like the white tree with pink ornaments as opposed to a pink tree. xoxo Lynn
P.S. I took your advice and shopped Lowe's today for Thanksgiving table stuff. Bought some coconut matting for the table runners. Thank you for a great idea!
LOVE – LOVE – LOVE! What a dreamy post today…thank you for this delightful Christmas inspiration on a dreary Autumn day.
Hugs,
Marie
One year my family went to Dollywood in TN for Christmas and it was magical. The holiday decorations were stunning. They had color themed trees like pink, lime, each with twinkly lights that matched. But the tree that made the biggest impression for me was the purple tree complete with twinkly purple lights. I would have never thought to do that but it was gorgeous.
Pinkalicious, for sure !! I say go for it … it will be fabulous !! Can't wait to see …
Pinkalicious for sure! Gorgeous pink inspiration…can't wait to see your tree addition!
Hi Courtney…
Oooh…I love all the pretty-n-pink Christmas! I just found the prettiest trio of pink bottle brush trees at Hobby Lobby. I'm going to decorate them for my Tea Rose bedroom. Thanks for the inspiration!!!
Well dear friend, I just wanted to leave you a note to let you know that I received that beautiful decorating book in the mail a couple of days ago! Ohhh…it's divine! I have already begun reading…and…the photos are GORGEOUS!!! Thank you sooo much, Courtney!
Love ya,
Chari
I have a small pink feather tree that I adore. I'm trying to get my large tree pinker, it is hard because the red is everywhere. I agree there is not that much pink out there this year, Laura
So pretty!

EEK!! That is exactly what I have been dreaming about/planning for/salivating over.

Hi Courtney,
I have a collection of pink attique ornaments that I love. My favorite color to pop in is a bit of turquoise. I too change themes. My living room is a candy/gingerbread theme. I do my enty cupboard in red and lime. My family room is more vintage with mercury glass. Kitchen I use alot of village houses and jars, cake plates, and cloches. Master bedroom is snowmen. How's that for not being able to make up my mind? lol! I think a pink tree would be so sweet! Have you seen the Romantic Homes magazine? This woman, Julie does all of her decor in pink, mango, lime, lavender and it's candy themed. It is too darn cute!
So many pretty pink table settings, I love the silver mixed with pale pinks, so romantic.
I LOVE my pink tree and decorating with pink for Christmas! I love what you've done, too!!

Courtney,
I love your white flocked tree! I need that. Your table and the pink is exquisite! You did a great job here and a pink tree would be awesome. Thank you for joining me at Home Sweet Home!
Sherry
I have never thought about pink at Christmas, but it sure is pretty. Wouldn't work in my house though. Thanks for sharing at Wow.
Being a "pink" girl myself I just love the images you have shared here. Perhaps one day I will have a pink Christmas. This year I think it will be teal/aqua and red…just cause it works in this rental.
Hi Courtney!
It's been so long since I've had an opportunity to pop in and I see you have been very busy. I LoVed catching up on your posts and ADORE the pink Christmas decorations! Thank you for sharing all the fun & inspiration!
