It was a whirlwind busy couple of days at High Point Market last week-
and the inspiration that was everywhere was absolutely incredible.

From pops of color to welcoming neutrals –
color was definitely playing a big part in Market this time around-
and I was so inspired by it.

Like bold navy, sunny yellow and bursts of peony pink- and how about that gorgeous green sofa from Theodore Alexander?
I am seriously in love with a pop of color with crisp white.
Bold and beautiful color was everywhere at Market and I thought I would share a few (ahem, okay maybe a lot) of my favorites with you today.

Vanguard Furniture |
I was thrilled to be joining the Design Bloggers Tour again this market and we toured for 3 days
gathering up tons of inspiration.
Like pops of pink at Vanguard Furniture–

Like pops of pink at Vanguard Furniture–
that pink velvet was talking to me- and I love the simple ticking stripe on the chair as well.
Huntington House |
And we were talking pattern and pops of color together at Huntington House
I am in love with the soft apple green and that pretty pink-especially paired with a nice neutral on the sofa.

Moving from the pink to bold and beautiful navy.
Navy was everywhere at Market this spring. I kept seeing it pop up in showroom after showroom.
And I loved all of it-
especially this gorgeous blue tufted velvet sofa at Universal Furniture.

And these gorgeous blues at Rowe Furniture stole my heart.
ROWE Furniture |
Such a stunning room, when I walked in, I fell in big time love.
And yes, with this one too…
Do you think I can pull off a peacock blue room in my cottage?
I might need it.
At Bernhardt– which always inspires-
this navy and gold vignette stopped me in my tracks.
And navy with a pop of green –
like this chartreuse green velvet chair at Vanguard-
seriously amazing
seriously amazing
And that patterned green wall was the perfect backdrop
for the gorgeous and colorful rattan furniture at Kenian Home.
Seriously, this tropical inspired rattan furniture was some of my favorites
so pretty and I loved the amazing variety of colors it came in
from natural to coral to black and white- gorgeous.
Ambella Home knocked it out of the park
with shades of tangerine and rich deep pinks
mingling with classic black and white.
and this room filled with sunshine yellow -so stunning.
Onto accessories for a bit- the rugs and pillows at Nourison
were all about vivid colors and patterns.
And then at Norwalk Furniture–
there was another of those gorgeous green walls again
(are you noticing a tropical trend? Me too.)
I loved the pops of green fabric on the pillows on the sofa as well.
This fabric is also Crypton Fabric –
which is amazing and basically a super fabric
which is amazing and basically a super fabric
for stain resistance without sacrificing any style.
You will definitely be hearing more about that in another post.
Over at Harp & Finial– it was all about the black and white
and blue…
Harp & Finial |
And more walking on the wild side – I will share more of soon-
I took in the hundreds of photos to share with you.
And up next I will highlight some of my favorite details and designs-
like this gorgeous chair from Ambella Home
with that amazing design on the frame-I just loved it.

I was compensated to participate in the Design Bloggers Tour at High Point Market

That chandelier! Love the Rowe room. Love the yellow dining room, but I hate sitting on benches at dinner!

Beautiful colors and fabrics. I just wonder if the name Crypton Fabric comes from Superman's weakness crytonite? Fabric so strong even superman (super child) can't destroy it?? I don't need to be paid for my wonderful marketing idea — I just want the couch! 😉 Can't wait to see the rest of the goodies you took shots of. Happy weekend.

I laughed outloud at your disclaimer. This is the part I miss the most of retiring from having a buisness, the trips to the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, and all the shows.
Drooling is always acceptable, lol. Thanks for the tour, Sandi
