Welcome to the weekend view.
Spring Blooms
While the rainy weather continues- a few of the spring blooms are starting to pop up. Especially at my sons home which is a bit warmer and more sunshine filled than where we are in. We went over to his place for dinner this weekend and brought some faux blooms along with us for a quick 5 minute front door makeover. I will be sharing this simple spring door and tips this week.

Something Sweet
I have been working on a side photography project this week and it involved boxes of See’s Candy. I have not nibbled on See’s candy in so long- probably since I was in high school. Suffice it to say- it won’t be safe for long in the house and my step-dad absolutely loves See’s so he will be getting some sweet treats when the photos are wrapped. Anyone else love See’s? Pretty much my favorite is the chocolate covered toffee squares- I could eat them all.day.long. so it is good that there are just a couple included in the boxes haha.

Coffee talk
This week, I have spent some time looking inward. Sipping coffee and thinking. New ideas & different paths or things to try and where that might lead. Something fresh here on the blog and something fresh for creativity. I don’t know if I mentioned that my daughter and her fiancé are moving into the cottage for a bit while they regroup and explore some new ideas for their next chapter. And while they are here and are able to care for our chicken and goat babies-my husband and I are talking about doing some travel and exploring as well.

Something Green
Right before the crazy storms moved in- I was shopping vintage again and found a few treasures for the attic. I have some changes planned for our attic bedroom and will share a mood board with some ideas and also a look at what I brought home recently. It is hard to see the color in this snap but it is a lovely shade of vintage green- sneak peek…

Weekend Wandering
Excited to follow along this Blue and White office makeover
This is a great post about Board and Batten if you are considering it.
My mouth is watering for these fudgy chocolate peanut butter bars.
I have been shopping for a few new things to make cleaning easier this week- I ordered this scrubber- which I think looks amazing and will do a great job on the shower and also on cleaning the grout in between tiles.
I also just got this HUGE French Market bag – and am obsessed. I will share where it lands and what I am using it for- when it isn’t being used as a market tote.
Happy weekend all.

I had to check if your coffee cup was the same as my Grandmother’s china pattern.SIMILAR but not the same. I love yours also.
“SEE’S” and me GO way back…well, as long as I CAN remember…75 years… franki
Oh, my goodness, See’s Candy is my absolute favorite. I have a store located next to the trader Joe’s that I shop at. Dangerous location for me because I can so easily visit and buy a couple pieces of their cashew brittle, lemon truffle, or dark chocolate butterscotch squares (to name a few of my favorites). I can’t wait to see what you do for them.

See’s butterscotch squares are my favorite!
Of course i love See’s! Afer all, i am a CALIFORNIA girl, although i married a cowboy and now live in Wyoming. I order from See’s often for gift-giving — (and for myself) and guess what! You can custom order your boxes so you can get more than a couple of those CHOCOLATE covered toffee squares! 🥰
See’s candy is one of my favorites. Can’t wait to see what you do to your attic.
