The weekend view is more like the bloom view this week.
Eden Roses
It has been a few busy days of planting new roses – we found several varieties of Eden and brought them home for some of the landscape areas we are working on revamping. I will do a full post on each one and where they are going once they are all planted- but will just say- I am obsessed with them already.
Heirloom Tomatoes
And then my husband stopped by a neighbor who has a farm stand and came home with several varieties of specialty heirloom tomatoes. I should say several ‘more’ because we already have some growing already.
I told him that I might be obsessed with flowers- but he is pretty obsessed with tomatoes too – so we might be even. haha. We also planted some pretty herb pots for gifting- with starts from Burpee Seeds- and I shared a video peek at the BTS of growing veggies and setting up dinner in the garden Here
Mother’s Day
May is full of several birthdays, our anniversary and Mother’s Day – so it is a month full of celebrations and fun. Sharing a photo of my cute mom – and how much fun she always is.
My babies
And my babies. Okay- big kids. My kids are all grown up and becoming families of their own-but they will always be my babies. We are getting together to celebrate with a family dinner and picnic with the kids in a few days.
