It’s November 1st… so you know what that means right? It is officially all things Merry & Bright season! And I have been decking the halls for a *little* while already and am so excited to share this years Christmas trees and decor. And today- it is all about Five Minute Christmas Vignettes that are easy ways to decorate anywhere in your home this season.
You what I love about five minute vignettes any time of the year- especially during the holidays?
You can add a sprinkle of Christmas magic in a snap. It doesn’t take hours of setting up and styling or pulling out alllll the bins full of Christmas decor. It is all about simple and sweet.
Fill a hat box with ornaments
I love using hat boxes for ornaments under the tree- it creates a warm feeling of nostalgia. You can use vintage or new boxes and simple fill them with ornaments to compliment your overall color palette.
Vintage Silver with fresh greens
This is an easy one for the kitchen or dining room. Vintage silver filled with baubles and fresh greens is a sweet way to display those treasured heirloom ornaments.
Add a mini wreath on a table
A mini wreath is perfect for placing on a small table to create an instant touch of fresh greens. Place flowers inside for a sweet touch.
Clippings with flowers and pinecones
You can use a few clippings of fresh greens as a simple accent as well.
A bowl full of fruit with greens
Always a favorite look- bowls of fresh fruit with greens. Think pears, oranges, pomegranates and persimmons.
Bowls of nuts in the kitchen
Or grab a bag of nuts and fill a bowl with them if you prefer. A fun simple old fashioned look.
A wood crate full of ornaments
One of my favorite looks is a wood crate full of ornaments. So simple and sweet and easy to put together and set under the tree, on a table or anywhere you would like to add a simple rustic touch of Christmas.
Wood Bowl of Mini Ornaments
Think outside the everyday use box and grab a wood salad bowl from the kitchen and fill it with ornaments. This is such an easy way to add a charming look to a sideboard.
Add a touch of greens to packages
A simple idea is to accent those pretty packages with a sprig of greens. You can display them under your tree like this or set them on a chair to create a charming look.
And if you are shopping pretty holiday decor, twinkling trees or even grabbing some autumn deals – you can use my coupon:

Dear Courtney,
because of our age and love of our family, we will be experiencing virtual christmas during this time of covid. Consequently, your ten ideas cheer my heart as i imagine ways to adapt them to my country home and setting.
Thank you so much from diney on camano Island
