We are just 164 days away from all that twinkling tree magic in the house.

And if you are like me- you are already thinking about ideas for your colors or decorations for the trees this year. Yes, I said the ‘trees’ as in plural. Because also if you are like me with twinkling trees- you can’t stop after putting up just one.

Fun Fact: I start thinking about Christmas right after Christmas wraps up that year. I think about what I want to do again, what I want to tweak or what new wild hair ideas I might decide to try next year. So by July when it is Christmas in July time? I have already shopped for vintage ornaments or other elements I am planning to use and I am already. getting. excited.
Christmas Patio Gathering
I shared the cottage patio area set up for a fun Christmas in July gathering last week- and got so many notes with questions about color idea suggestions and looks for this year.

While I will try to have some restraint and not get into sharing all holiday all the time until fall- (keyword there is ‘try’ haha) with Christmas in July, I will share a few more things over the next couple of weeks. And today- I am sharing a post that is all about 12 trees of Christmas inspiration to hopefully inspire some of your decking the hall plans early this year.

All of the 12 Trees of Christmas
Last year, I put up 12 trees for Christmas and when I started to share each of them for a new series here on the blog that I called ‘The 12 Trees of Christmas’ – not only was I excited about sharing each of the trees- but I got so many notes and emails about the series from you. And it made me so happy that you all loved seeing so many ideas and details on the looks too. So, yes, for those asking already- I am working on the 12 trees looks already for this year and am excited about bringing the series back again. 🙂

This frosted vintage inspired tree that has a secret? (any ideas? ) Well, THIS tree was one of my absolute favorites last year. Well, okay, along with several others- I loved so many of them. And did you know that last year I also walked on the wild side? Well, wild for me haha. As in I used colorful lights on the barn and bold and beautiful colors that I don’t normally use. And you know what? I LOVED it. I loved walking on the ‘wild side’ and letting that creative side take over and jump in. Ready to see all the trees? I put them all together in one post and am creating a stand alone page that you can find them on all.year.long. too.
Find ALL of the 12 trees I decorated last year in this post- and just click on each one for the full post that also includes the breakdown of the look and videos as well.
So do tell. Which tree from last year is your favorite? I would love to know- and would love to know what you Love to see this year too. Are you thinking about what direction you are going in for the holidays this year yet?
