A favorite look for any room- toile wallpapers are beautiful, enchanting and a classic for French country and cottage style decor.
When I shared the post about French inspired wallpapers recently- I had a ton of questions and requests for more on toile. And so, today is all about toile beauty. The floral toile wallpaper that was in our bathroom was one of my all time favorite patterns- and based on how many times I am asked for the pattern name- it is one of your favorites too. I didn’t find the exact same pattern but I did find some pretty close options that would give you the look. Many of these come in several color options also- so if you see a pattern you like- click on over to see if they have other available colors.
I also saved these to my list at Amazon where I save various French inspired decorating finds. You can see the list HERE
I noticed quite the trend in blue and whites this season- including for toile wallpapers. There seemed to be quite a few popping up as I shopped- from navy to pale blue to denim blue. I think blue and white is timeless so if it speaks to you- listen and go for it. I am debating yet just which direction I will go in for the room redo we are getting ready to work on- but some of these are talking to me for sure.
And if you aren’t ready to commit to a whole room or wall of toile- think about adding some throw pillows, table linens or curtains instead. In my opinion- toile is always a charming and timeless pattern that is perfect for enjoying in big and small amounts.
Which of these is your favorite?
Happy decorating all.
