Fresh blooms and pretty sunshine through the french doors…
I am savoring every minute of summer before the busy of autumn and the holiday season are here.
And today… I am taking you on a little inspired trip with Balsam Hill.
From Tuscany with wine and cheese and beautiful hand crafted accents…
To the Parisian countryside
with pretty little topiaries in bloom and lots of romance.
To the south and gorgeous big and beautiful Magnolia blooms
To twinkling lights of magical cities across the globe all aglow
You are probably wondering what I am talking about.
Well, today I am kicking off a fun campaign with Balsam Hill that is all about
decorating inspirations from around the world
and how you can bring a bit of those inspirations into your home.
I am joining several blog friends and Balsam Hill and I am sharing 5 inspirations-
inspired by Paris to the bright lights of the big city to
the wine country in Tuscany and more.
And the Balsam Hill products I used to add a touch of each place to my home.
Let’s start in Paris.
Because…
I am pretty sure that Paris is always a good idea, right?
🙂
PARIS
Ohh la lal… Paris. And the Parisian countryside.
Beautiful scenery surrounded by beautiful blooms and blushing roses…
and the sweetest little potted topiary trees in old gray pots.
I love topiaries that are almost in full bloom… some open, some half, some buds
promising more blooms are coming your way.
And I am loving the simple beauty and charm of these darling rose tree topiaries
They come in two sizes which are perfect for tucking into corners
or placing on table top as decoration.
TUSCANY
Up next… Tuscany
and all things wine and cheese and ambiance.
A huge fan of cheese boards…
and the more options the merrier- don’t you think?
😉
I am loving this reclaimed wine barrel turned into lazy susan
turned into cheese and fruit board on the table.
And love all the old lettered notes and details which makes this piece perfect for adding a
fun touch for serving for your next dinner party.
Of course, a huge fan of the Laguiole knives as well.
Perfection.
Southern Charm
And then we are off to south
where everything is touched by all that romance and charm
and those big beautiful magnolia blooms.
I am loving this beautiful magnolia wreath and the bit of southern charm it brings
to my west coast home.
City Lights
And to wrap up the quick tour today…
the city lights across the world.
There is something about being in the middle of a big city
and looking out the window at all those pretty twinkly lights.
NYC is one of my favorite spots to visit
and I often say that NYC is my country loving and living girl alter ego.
The hustle, the bustle, the honking and noise…
I love it all.
And I love those twinkling lights…
and this mantel has a bit of twinkly lights going on as well.
These sweet little fairy string light twinkle cloches are perfect all year long
but especially during the holidays for adding that extra bit of ambiance to your home.
And back home again where a cup of coffee
and bouquet of pretty white rose and peony blooms
are waiting.
Even though it was just a virtual trip around the world
it was kind of fun to see some of the inspirations that were found.
All this week- there will be bloggers sharing more details about
where they are in the world- tomorrow- you can find
sharing a
bit of inspiration from Balsam Hill and the blooms of the peninsula
and stay tuned the rest of the week for more.
