Sometimes you walk into a showroom at High Point Market and simply stop and stare.
With so many different things catching your eye- you aren’t really sure just where to start.
And it isn’t everyday that you walk into a showroom that has an actual vault in the building.
MadeGoods was that showroom.
Such an eclectic mix of this and that style wise- that there was something for everyone.
And yes, I was serious about the vault.
Their showroom is inside the old bank in High Point.
While wandering through- I found myself drawn to many of the usual candidates… blush velvet, gold and vintage style anything.
And this wood… I am really obsessed with natural raw woods right now- and there were several pieces that I absolutely loved. Like this Page table– the movement is beautiful.
And this Lindsey dresser- seriously beautiful.
And I also loved so many other pieces.
Today I am sharing just a few of the probably 5 dozen photos I snapped in their showroom.
From gorgeous lighting…
To beautiful beds
This one was so unique and interesting…
To plush seating like this gorgeous barely blushing sofa – this was so pretty in person.
And in the bathroom- yes, the bathroom- this pop of pretty greeted us.
I also loved the juxtapositions of soft and hard furniture elements-
Such as this detailed inlaid chair with the soft blush upholstery and rounded desk.
They pretty much everything all under one roof- lighting, furniture, accents, art and outdoor among other things.
I also loved the way they used patterns in wallpaper to create interest in the backdrops.
And this black and white and gold table was a beauty.
Of course I stopped at the candle station to do some taste smelling- so good.
Made Goods was seriously such a lovely and interesting showroom to browse and I saw so many things that caught my eye. Many pieces which are not my usual every day go to style- but that really spoke to me for one reason or another- which to me means they are great design elements.
I thoroughly enjoyed wandering through Made Goods at Market- and with so much in one space- it is going on the list of must stop while at market.
You can take a peek at all of their pieces on their website here
Happy Wednesday everyone!

I work with High Point Market and the Design Bloggers Tour to share snippets from the showrooms to you – but all opinions are my own.
