Such a sweet little way to enjoy all the fun that an advent calendar brings.
Vintage Advent Wreath
Today I am sharing a lit wooden advent wreath that I used to create a vintage inspired advent wreath.
Advent Wreath
This wooden advent wreath is such a charmer. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it in the Balsam Hill catalog. With all those little houses lit up and glowing like a sweet little alpine village-it was so sweet.
I also instantly imagined it nestled into a wreath. I planned originally to use a green wreath but a vintage white wreath was talking to me and so- that was the one.
What you Need
- Advent Wreath
- Faux Greenery Wreath
- Wire
- Wire Cutters
- Velvet ribbon
How to create
I simply wired the wood advent wreath to the vintage wreath frame in 3 spots and then tucked the wreath branches around to fill in the gaps. Once that was done- I added a velvet bow for a finishing touch.
Where to enjoy
This is a perfect wreath to place into a nursery or play room or enjoy it anywhere you would like. I love how magical it feels and how much fun it will be to show Juliette and Enzo the little houses lighting up one by one through the season.
