Oh these are the sweetest little lamp shades I have to share with you today! I was searching for something floral and vintage and dainty for our sconces- and I bumped into these and took a chance on ordering. I am OBSESSED with how darling they are and how much vintage charm they bring.

Vintage Ralph Lauren Style Floral Lamp Shades
I am working up in the attic this week to refresh the paint and change some of the layout but I couldn’t wait until that was all wrapped up to share these cuties with you. Bear with me on the simple photos and bit of beautiful mess as I work- those knot holes on the boards seem to bleed through every couple of years and fresh caulking is always a thing in an old house. If you bump into me at the store this week- pardon caulk and paint remnants in my hair.
These darling little floral lamp shades were talking to me from the minute I saw them. And when I took a closer look and saw that there were 6 of them in the package- at a pretty good price- well into the cart they went.

What I Love About These Floral Lamp Shades
Dainty floral fabric, pleating and a lovely little trim- they are vintage style perfection. And if you are like me- you might have been searching for vintage shades for dainty little lights and they are not easy to find and when you do find them, you might be hard pressed to find them in good condition. I have seen some beautiful options at various stores though at higher prices. These are actually well made at a lower price point so a win-win.

These look darling on the sconce lights in the attic- but I could see them anywhere in the house.
And at this price point -which is much lower than others I have seen before- thinking I will be ordering another set for another quick change. Stay tuned!

Ballard designs has floral shades similar to these…but yours are very elegant!
Did you prime your knots with BIN? They won’t bleed through. There are two forms. One is alcohol based. That’s the one you want. I LOVE the lamp shades and have been looking for some for a long time. Thanks for posting.
We did use primer years ago when we first painted. We have found that eventually they start to pop up and show a bit through again. I believe they have removed Kilz in oil version from availability in California now as well. I have tried Zinsser BIN before too- will check and see if that is available. Thank you!
I love these! Definitey foing for the blue and white ones!
Obcessed!
These are just darling! Thank you for sharing this find, Courtney! 😊
