and I was not too excited about hopping in the car to run and grab something.

Just a butter cookie topped with creamy peanut butter and dollop of melted chocolate.
I remembered there were few ingredients and yes- I was sold.
But I did have what I needed on hand to make peanut butter cookie base.
Even if you don’t want to get out of your pajamas.
So, I would plan on grabbing a bag of chocolate chips or melting chocolate
for the best (and prettiest) result.

Chill in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
When they are nice and chilled-
melt the chocolate and let cool just a bit.
Side note- totally fine to omit-that coarse salt can be a bit too salty.
