Oh this is such a good find today friends! I was beyond giddy when I bumped into it and even more giddy when it was loaded into the truck. Vintage mushroom or toadstool delightfulness in the form of a concrete garden table and stools. Ready to see more?
Vintage Mushroom Garden Table
Look at this charmer? It is such a sweet little find! This is made out of concrete- the seller said that her family had it in their garden for probably 50 years and it was originally at their home in Southern California.
It was a marketplace find- and I wasn’t searching for anything related to mushrooms or toadstools or anything like that- so honestly, not sure exactly why it popped up in my feed but I was excited when I saw it.
Little Toadstool Stools
I love the little rounded tops and sweet little details at the base on the stools. They are darling! They show a bit of patina with a few cracks in the cement but nothing that is loose or crumbly and overall- these are solid and sturdy pieces.
There are 2 stools and the table. I wonder if the table top may have been rounded like the stools at one point and may be replaced- but the base is definitely ‘toadstoolish’ in design and goes right along with the stools.
The Details
As I mentioned, this was a marketplace find- It was priced at $350. A quick google search shows that vintage cement mushroom stools alone go for anywhere from $850-$2500 a piece so honestly a really amazing price. But this sweet little set isn’t going anywhere- they are in my garden and I am obsessed with how beautiful they are!
In the garden under the hazel tree- it is giving me alllllll the English country cottage vibes and has such a whimsical fairytale charm to it-so in love! 🍄❤️
