I am so excited to share my newest book with you- French Country Cottage In Bloom. Did you guess that one of the things I was going to spill beans on was that I have a new book? IN BLOOM will be released on June 17th, 2025 and is available for PRE-ORDER right now .
French Country Cottage In Bloom
French Country Cottage IN BLOOM is my 4th book (can you even believe it? Boggles my mind!) so you might have guessed that I absolutely love working on books. A book is honestly is one of my most favorite projects. Every time I release a new book, I get the same butterflies in my stomach and I get a bit emotional. But I will save the mushy reflections and stories for book birthday and behind the book posts so stay tuned for those posts coming soon.
Flower Beauty
You know me so you know that a flower filled book had to happen. I am *slightly* obsessed with flowers and all things blooming and so of course, when chatting with my editor Madge about what the next book might be about – a flower book was top of the list of course.
But I didn’t want it to just be a flower book full of just formal information. I wanted a lot of inspiration, beauty and magic filled moments in the pages.
I am all about the beauty of flowers in the house and the garden full of blooming beauty so there are vignettes both inside and out. There are garden moments and table settings. Celebration blooms for events and weddings.
I am far from practical when it comes to creating magic for a gathering or styling a pretty photo and vintage chairs with flowers are some of my favorite muses- so you will see a *few* of those. So if you love a whimsical moment too- you might enjoy the chapter on Touches of Whimsy.
There is a chapter on creating some of the arrangements along with some tips and tidbits, blooming ‘moments’ and much more. I am so excited to be able to finally share this blooming book with you!

Really enjoy your site and photos…however, i am constantly annoyed by a maze of pop-up ads that often make it difficult to see everything and I end up moving on!
i do realize you are supported by ads but often just too much for me.
Hi Patricia, I appreciate your note. We run far less than my ad company would like us to but that said- there should not be any pop up ads at all. I will ask them to check into it and make sure that none have squeaked through. We are also exploring paid readership options to allow users to enjoy ad-free reading as well.
