Using dried grasses, pumpkins, leaves and other natural elements for autumn decorating is my favorite. And that goes for on the table for centerpieces as well- like this natural autumn table idea. Last week I shared a foraged floral arrangement full of dried flowers from the garden- and today, showing how you can easily enjoy that same look on the table.
This tall dried arrangement was a favorite last year- but you can also do a centerpiece that is low and more ‘rambling’ on the table with beautiful dried flowers and grasses too.
Natural Autumn Table
Anyone else love natural autumn touches as much as I do? Those pretty pumpkins & gourds, fresh fruit and vegetables and colorful leaves, acorns and more are pretty much perfection. And when creating a simple autumn table- you can use those same elements as a centerpiece.
Tip: Get creative. Think outside the box when creating a dried centerpiece. Gather leaves from the yard, add a few acorns or pinecones, clip some of the dried foliage.
This table has hollyhocks, dried sunflowers, yarrow, hops, oak leaves and more tucked into this antique urn. Use what inspires you.
Bold and Blue
I started with a rich saturated blue tablecloth as a base but you could easily bring in a more neutral look with browns & faded burnt orange for autumn.
Pretty Place settings
Always on repeat favorite dishes from Arte Italica add beauty and also pretty pattern texture.
Tip: Texture in place settings bring another layer of interest and beauty to your table. Bring it in with plates, etched glasses & flatware.

A little tip. You can spray the arrangement with hair spray or clear Krylon. A couple of misty coats will keep it from droppping bits onto your table or linens.
PS Use outdoors./
