Autumn Porch Styling
Layers of lovely rich and bold autumn colors & pumpkins on repeat. The barn got a bit of autumn on with this simple doorscape.
Tip: Use different garlands layered together around the door for a mix and mingle with leaves, flowers, pumpkins and pinecones.
I used two different autumn garlands that had similar colors for a unique look. One is full of mums, berries &b sunflowers while the other is more berries, leaves and pinecones. Together, they create a chunky beautiful look around the door.
Tip: Tuck potted flowers in at the base of the garlands to fill in the bottom areas and create a ‘puddle’ effect.
Potted foliage in urns and baskets are perfect for tucking in at the bottom of the garland to fill the area in.
Bring on the Pumpkins
Pumpkins on repeat and repeat and repeat. While I love neutral pumpkins and autumn decor- sometimes that pop of rich color is perfect. This styling is all about that burst of beautiful foliage and bold pumpkins.
Tip: Bring in pumpkins in various sizes for a ‘collected and garden gathered’ look.
Here the faux pumpkins are mixed with real pumpkins to show just how close they are in look.

You know how to style a pumpkin porch! I love it.
Such a sweet look! We have over 1,000 kids and parents trick-or-treat on our charming little country street. Everyone goes all out with decorations. Now, with our new 2month old granddaughter visiting every Halloween, it’s time to ditch the scary and go sweet. She will love the fun pumpkin faces and garland for the next few years. I am in the north east of france and last week it became fall overnight. We are in a village of 180 people and they are harvesting the last of the apples, tomatoes, CUCUMBERS, squash, and beginning with pumpkins.
