It was a wild hair that struck while shopping- and I grabbed a couple of the sweetest little blue & white jack-o’- lantern ‘lanterns’ and brought them home. A few farmers market blooms and a dash of whimsy and a simple autumn moment happened.
Blue & White Jack-O’-Lantern
You first see a blue & white lantern and lots of sweet candle cozy, and then you see a blue & white ‘lantern’ filled with flowers too. I brought a couple of these sweet blue and white jack-o’-lanterns home with me recently and they have been waiting for something to inspire a styling and moment. Farmers market flowers did the trick and I styled a fun little whimsical moment with them. I captured a few snaps and videos before styling them properly in a setting- and thought I would share a peek at them here today.
Blu & White ‘Vase’
Technically they are not vases, there is nowhere to hold water inside. But a mason jar or cylinder vase will do and you can turn those candle lanterns into a vase.
Perfect on a side table. A mantel. A table centerpiece. The kitchen island. Porch table. You name it. They will charm the setting wherever you place them.
