Welcome to the weekend view -and it is a special edition this week and is all about family fun.
Welcome Sweet Little Sienna
We are feeling extra blessed this holiday season and have the best Christmas gift to share. We are excited to share that we have another grand baby! Sweet little Sienna joined our family recently and we are so in love!
She came a few weeks early and is a wee one weighing around 5 lbs and she is such a little darling! Sienna is new baby sister to big sister Sophie and big brother Enzo and is grand baby number 6 for us.
Enzo & Sophie
We spent a couple days with Enzo and Sophie at their house while Sienna was being born. We had the best time doting on them- going on walks, watching favorite shows and reading books. We stayed overnight with them and it was such a treat for us.
Babysitting
We also spent a day babysitting our other grands Juliette, Jionni and Jio while their parents went shopping for Christmas. That gloomy California Tule fog has been a thing and they live in an area that has been affected by it- we left sunshine and warm temperatures at our house and were bundled up in winter coats and hats at the park at their place.
Coming your way
I can’t believe it is almost Christmas already-it really has been a whirlwind this season! We are enjoying our local Christmas markets and driving around to look at all the Christmas lights – and this week we have wrapping presents by the fire on the to-do list. I have some simple Christmas bits and things to share and then will be taking a little bit of time off to simmer and soak up the season.

What a great Christmas Present! Sienna is such a beautiful tiny doll! Congratulations! You are so fortunate to have 6 grandchildren. I only have one but she is so precious to me and I am grateful that at least i have her! Happy Holidays!
