It is January which means it is probably a bit chilly
outside where ever you live.
Winter landscapes are a bit bare in winter
and after Christmas when all those twinkly trees are put away
sometimes the house can feel a bit bare too.
But the good news is that it is easy to add a burst of warm and cozy with just a few simple things.
Today it is all about French Country Fridays and sharing posts from the past
and this cozy home post is a winter favorite.
I have been enjoying a wonderful break with family and just soaking up lots of moments and making memories – and rejuvenating that creativity while working on a few projects behind the scenes.
So it has been a bit quiet here on the blog- but next week I will be back with my reflections post and also the first giveaway of the year
all about my favorite new vintage rugs and where to get them.
Hope you have all had a wonderful break this holiday season too!
Don’t miss the lovely posts my friends are sharing this week- happy weekend everyone!

Some pretty good tips, although here it is 37°c so stinking bloody hot all day and the nights are not much better
