Do you decorate your bathroom for Christmas? I am one of those folks who think that Christmas all through the house is a good thing and so, I definitely add some seasonal touches in the bathroom. Today I am sharing 3 tips for how I like to bring a little bit of merry & bright into those small spaces.
Christmas in the Bathroom
Christmas doesn’t have to be a full size twinkling tree or something that speaks ‘loudly’. It can be something simple and natural and feel festive. I love simplicity in Christmas just as much as a tree or mantel adorned with all the things. Sometimes, it is just natural touches that make a room feel like Christmas perfection. Here are 3 tips for adding a bit of festive fabulous to your bathroom.

#1 Bring in some fresh garland
I think fresh garlands are undervalued. Everyone thinks of fresh garland on a mantel or staircase or framing the door- but you can add a garland anywhere. I love draping garland on a mirror or layering it with other garland for a mix and mingle. Above our mirror in the bathroom, a small length of cedar garland that was leftover from another styling created a base of greenery for clippings of pine layered atop it. A fresh Christmas ‘crown’ for the mirror.

#2 Add a Sprig or 2
If you don’t want to add a piece of a garland or a wreath- a simple sprig is perfection as well. I love a single or couple of branches tied together with a pretty ribbon. Examples- add a sprig to a mirror or cupboard door for a simple festive touch.

Another simple way to add a fresh touch- fill a basket with fresh clippings.

#3 Create a Festive Floral Arrangement
Always lovely anywhere in the house- even in the bathroom. This was a simple one to create with just white roses, eucalyptus and fresh greens and it was absolutely lovely on the vanity.
