French Country Cottage Book Birthday & Sale

Can you believe it has been one year since my book French Country Cottage was released?

It seems like it was just yesterday- and also so long ago at the same time.

The year since my book was born has been full of so many good things and when I first shared that I was writing this book– I was beyond excited for the journey ahead and the excitement – and I had no idea how absolutely wonderful it would be.

There have been incredible celebrations and events with some of my biggest design inspirations and friends that were an absolute dream,  celebrations with some of my favorite brands and I have met so many of you at signings and events all over which has been absolutely wonderful.

And with a fairly full calendar of book signings and events coming this fall too- I hope to meet more of you very soon.

What once felt like a part of me that I was afraid to let people see- is now right there in the pages…
A book about that book story- the one that started with baby steps and stepping out to dance on that stage instead of twirling behind the safety of the curtain.

And so today, while celebrating French Country Cottage Book and that 1 year birthday- I want to say THANK YOU  again to each of you.

You are all a part of my blog and my book and the creative journey- and I am so grateful for you and for your friendship. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my blog and connect with me-  and for supporting all the wild & crazy ideas and things I do.

In celebration of French Country Cottage  everything is on sale in my shop-you can find signed copies and a limited supply of those linens in stock– with some pretty exciting additions coming in September also.  And I will also be doing a fun giveaway very soon- stay tuned- you won’t want to miss it.

And I am sharing a post that is one of my favorites- that is all about following your heart, chasing dreams and taking those baby steps and started with sharing a piece of my heart right here on this blog…

‘I realized that sometimes maybe the only part of ‘me’ that you see is my style or my photography
 and you don’t really ‘see’ the girl who is behind it.  


 To be completely honest, I am not even sure you want to know more about the girl behind it-
maybe all you want to see is my decorating or pretty pictures.  
But those things are just one part of me….’
