All is merry and bright in the little cottage

From the twinkling trees

to the baubles

to pretty packages tied up with strings.

Today I am sharing a peek at the little cottage bedroom with a bit of Christmas cheer.

The bedroom in the little cottage is a large room

with a vintage fireplace and wood plank walls and ceiling

that are original to the house.

It is a favorite spot for decorating for the seasons

and I always love to put a tree up in the corner.

This year, a twinkling gold tree with pretty white ornaments was all it needed.

Simple and sweet.

This tree glows a bit ‘yellow’ and the warmth is splashed all through the room.

On the mantel- fresh cedar greens

dotted with pretty peonies- a favorite look that is always on repeat it seems.

I also added these pale blue chunky knit stockings.

And love the way the cozy fire warms the room.

Fresh flowers and stacks of pretty presents.

This is a perfect spot to wrap some of those gifts since it is a separate little house

It is a cozy spot to sing along to Christmas and enjoy a little quiet time working away.

I tend to keep things fairly simple out here.

Just a sprinkle of Christmas cheer is all you need.
