Today is all about snowy silver Christmas tree magic with our first Christmas tree this season.
Snowy Silver Christmas Tree
My favorite beautiful, elegant Christmas trees seem to always involve mercury glass and velvet ribbons. And today-those.are both on repeat. I started with a favorite chunky frosted tree – the Balsam Hill Frosted Yukon. This tree has a thick layer of snow and a natural little bit wonky shape. Those snow covered branches create a beautiful backdrop for ornaments and while any color will accent it beautifully- I seem to always be drawn to those beautiful silvery mercury glass and vintage colors.
Ornaments on repeat
There are layers of silver, gold and blush mercury glass ornaments on this tree. I used vintage and new ornaments for a mix and mingle kind of charm.
Style Tip: Use ornaments in various sizes- large ornaments to tuck inside the branches, medium for adding around the tree and small for accenting the tips.
These tree candles have a crystal ball weight on the bottom which adds another layer of elegance to the tree.
And my go to favorite always on repeat velvet ribbons add the finishing touch. I am pretty much obsessed with ribbons on the tree.
Stay tuned for a closer look at the mantel styling for this tree with more mercury glass beauty on repeat.
