You might remember a little 700 mile adventure
I have talked about before on my blog.
One that involves a whole lot of junking
on the worlds longest yard sale,
Habitat for Humanity,
GMC
and a big surprise.
The adventure that starts in Michigan and is about 700 miles long.
Not just 700 miles of roadway,
we are talking 700 miles of YARD SALES.
Yep, this is one big vintage and bargain paradise
that spans from Michigan to Alabama.
And we are driving chic GMC Acadia Denali suv’s and junking the whole way.
But this is not just a group of bloggers getting together for fun.
Though we definitely do have a lot of fun.
This is about something that is much more exciting.
Something I am SO excited about having the opportunity to do again.
Something that is a heart-warming, happy tear all over the place
kind of thing that is such a blessing
to be a part of.
Moi & Liz Marie
You see, after all the junking is wrapped, the money is spent, the treasures are tinkered with
and we finally pull into Georgia –
we have a secret mission.
There is a family in Georgia that has no idea that GMC and Habitat for Humanity have brought 6 bloggers on a journey to design, shop and decorate their brand new home
as a surprise for them.

It is all a big, orchestrated,
tear filled reveal that you won’t want to miss.
Yes, I am already packing the tissues.
😉
I will be updating you every day on the treasures we are finding- and follow along on Instagram. facebook and snapchat for more sneak peeks and behind the scenes.
And you can find posts about the other times I have gone on the GMCHTA here:
I will start by sharing what I am doing on the trip this time later today.
so stay tuned.
Happy Wednesday everyone.

I would love to be on this trip! Cannot wait to see what pieces you find !!!
Oh this is going to be so much fun. I would so love to be a part of this group. Habitat is such a fantastic organization and they do so much good in the community. We can all help in our small way by shopping at the ReStores, donating and volunteering.
I love yard sales and have heard of that one. I told Hubby that I would love to go on it and it is on our list to do one day.
Have a great trip! Excited that you get to go help out again!
Barb 🙂
Courtney, what a great thing to do and what a feeling of accomplishment you must have. I can imagine the tears all around, some here too while reading. The faces of the families tells it all..Keep up the great work and look forward to seeing more..Judy
