Welcome to Feathered Nest Friday!
How’s your Summer going so far?
I know it’s only June 20th but I feel like the Summer break is flying by already.
I did manage to squeeze in a day trip last week and shared 
a little bit about our girls adventure  on my blog.
A Summery table setting using those reproduction blue mason jars
and a story about when I took my kids to see The Nutcracker when they were small.
I had vision of Sugar Plums... they … not so much. 🙂

    I loved your nutcracker story 🙂 We tried that with Abby, at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and had pretty much the same result. The most amazing building ever, and Christmas even, but no go. She did, however, go on to become a ballerina, and an actress, and sings classic Italian for competitions, but still doesn't love the Symphony 🙂 Thank you for hosting us every week!

    Hi, Courtney!! You are right Summer seems to be flying by, even though the calender says it doesn't begin until tomorrow. Somebody really should tell them they're off..LOL. Soinds like you had a fun getaway! Good for you, God know you probably really needed it! Well, Lady, thank you, once again for hosting your beautiful nest!!     That mantle is stunning!!! Love your ballet shoes too!! I've been thinking about you lately, just know that even though I have been away from my computer. The new job is so much fun, but it's keeping me busy.
