Yes, Thanksgiving is coming in just a few short weeks
and with all planning,
the cooking, the cleaning, the prep work, the company and the details…
a centerpiece that is charming and easy to put together for the table is key.
A table setting & centerpiece that is
something you can put together with just a few things in a few minutes
during the busy holiday season
I don’t know about you- but simple and easy to put together last minute
(since I am usually running around like crazy) is what I am looking for.
(since I am usually running around like crazy) is what I am looking for.
I love a table setting that allows Autumn, Christmas and just a touch of sweetness to mingle
and that invites conversations and laughs to linger just a bit longer
so… with that in mind- I went with simple but inviting, with just a few ingredients
and just a few minutes to put together.
I set this inspiration table outdoors on our patio with a Thanksgiving late afternoon dinner in mind
Since it’s outdoors, I wanted to incorporate a few of those natural elements and textures
and once again- non-traditional in colors over here.
After placing a simple striped burlap sack table running down the center
a thick strand of pinecone garland came next.
Next, just a few small white pumpkins to bring in a bit of Autumn
and then just a couple white ornaments
to bring a touch of Christmas & elegance
I always think tables should have flowers-whether they are fresh or faux and these pink roses were perfect
and just $3 for a bouquet at the flower market at the coast the other day
I placed small bouquets of them in little silver and glassware and called it good.
I love that this centerpiece can be put together with just a couple of things and in just a few minutes
and love it for a more rustic, relaxed table setting
but if are you looking for a little more elegance for Thanksgiving- stay tuned

I love how the stemware acting as vases seem to be floating above the pine cones. Lovely post.
