It’s that time of year… twinkle lights, Christmas trees & lots of time in the kitchen. Today I am sharing a round up of some of your favorite recipes and some of mine. They are easy to make- and easy to enjoy. Because, with all the busy and bustle of the season- simple and easy AND delicious is always a good thing.
Nibbles Holiday Recipes
If you have my Christmas book- you know all about this new addition. Creamy, melted deliciousness that you simply cannot get enough of. It is SO GOOD. We first had this at a pub in the Cotswalds in England and we recreated the recipe at our Paris apartment stay while shooting the Christmas book. And yes, we ate every.last.bite.
Melted Camembert

This is so soo simple to make! Simply- a wheel of camembert, slice the top layer off or score the top layer whichever you prefer. Then place the wheel in the oven for a bit until it is melted and creamy. Serve in the little wooden container it came in with fresh bread and veggies, slice it up on sandwiches or just spoon it on out as you wish. You can add toppings if you like but no need to- it is seriously so good and we have made it several times for guests and it is always a hit.

21 Essentials for a decadent cheese board

I am planning on making this one again this year- and am going to do my best not to devour more than a couple bites. SO. good.

Grammy’s Mashed Potato Casserole
Because this. is. the.best. potato casserole. With mashed potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream AND garlic… and then twice bakes? Well, need I say more?
This was one of my favorites growing up- and it is a favorite even now.

Side note: Time for new photos this year.
