decked for Christmas
I thought I would start with the little cottage bedroom and bathroom
As you might have noticed- simple is pretty much my mantra
Vignettes or details like a few simple ornaments on a crystal door knob are favorites.
In the bathroom- there are just a few touches
Simply a small tree on a chair
with sprigs of pine on the windowsill
and a couple pinecones, greens and ornaments in a cloche
In the guest cottage bedroom
I have debated painting this… so.many.times.
and I wonder if I would regret covering it up.
with the sweet little silver letters that are set atop the headboard.
in here- the armoire is perfect.
I use it to store fabrics and different styling supplies.
brings a touch of romance
I love these and they are so easy to make- will share more soon
as I made a couple of them.
and bathroom.
I can hardly believe that Christmas is just over a week away!
I am going to try and combine a couple of the posts I had planned
and photographed
I even have a couple recipes to share…
and I looked at the calendar and realized that it is already the middle of December
so I better get busy!! 🙂

What a great idea to decorate even your master bathroom. I love every one of your ideas and the romance and elegance of it all says everything about your style. The bed is a master piece, as is the armoir. I would leave as is, or touch up the same chalky colors. Happy Christmas!

The bedroom is perfect. My screen is showing the "creamy blue" as a greyish tone. Have you color matched it for any other pieces??? Seems perfect.

Oh my gosh, when i saw that bed i was like, seriously! the cottage has a bed that cool too! and then i see the armoire! kill me now! it is so gorgeous… and then you just add these simple touches of green and natural elements and everything is beyond perfect… you have such an amazing eye and taste and i'm pretty sure i want to be you…
