I am a big fan of nature inspired decor for autumn. From leaves to acorns to branches and seasonal dried flowers- I love to bring those beautiful touches of nature inside.
Today is all about autumn decorating ideas that are natural and budget friendly. I recently created several arrangements – and most are under $20.
Autumn Decorating Ideas
I love how this arrangement turned out. It is so simple and perfect when you want a less is more look for your mantel- but at the same time says fall beautifully.
This is just a mix and mingle of dried leaves and eucalyptus- and a few roses tucked in.
I placed these in a charming terra cottage vase for that chalky warmth and added amber glass candles for a cozy glow.

Eucalyptus
Another simple easy and inexpensive look- using those same branches and eucalyptus as a base for a terra cotta pumpkin. I love the warm creamy color of muted terra cotta – so perfect for autumn. The pumpkin is older & grapes are vintage -but I linked some new options to get the look.

Dried Flowers
You might remember this arrangement from last year- a big mix and mingle of dried flowers from the garden along with a few fallen branches other dried blooms. I love the simplicity of it and will be sharing another version this season too so stay tuned. You can see more in this post here
Dried Hydrangeas
Another look I love is using dried hydrangeas. Anytime you can enjoy fresh blooms in the house- and then repurpose them and enjoy them again in a different way is a good thing & budget friendly. These big bold pee gee hydrangeas are stunning both ways- I love them mixed with the pumpkins for a burst of autumn sunshine. You can see more HERE
Each of these ideas are simple and easy to do- and since they are using mostly dried flowers and branches- they are also budget friendly.

Happy decorating all.

I really do love the blush on our Giant Sedum and am breathlessly waiting for them to turn a bit more. Gathering will be fun this year, as we have LOTS of Chinese Lanterns growing in the yard beds and garden. Lovely post, Ty/
