I know it is August… and 100 degrees summer sunshine outside. I am LOVING it and fully embracing summer and the lazy days it brings.
And you know what is just around the corner? The start of all of things autumn here on the blog. At least until it is all things Christmas which is just around another corner too.
So, since I am thinking about pumpkins and autumn decorating already- and you might be too- here are 7 fall mantel ideas from the past.
Some involve bold and beautiful colors- some are soft and faded. And some don’t even require real pumpkins. Side note- these candles on the mantel are AMAZING. They are LED and they flicker and I use them all.the.time. Perfect for all year long decorating- you can find them here.
Just click the titles below to see more of each mantel. You can start gathering up supplies for now- even if you wait to decorate for another month or so.
All natural all the time- yes please. This mantel involves those incredible candles and a dried garland. And if you would prefer a faux garland with this look- try this one.
When you are busy but want to decorate for the season – a 5 minute mantel is always a good idea.
Natural is my favorite type of any decor- and this natural mantel was all about dried hydrangeas and eucalyptus and pumpkins.
I love simple and easy- like a mantel that has requires just 3 things to put it together.
Fresh flowers are always on repeat over here. For this mantel decor- I used fresh flowers and other elements to create a garland and wreath- that dried beautifully as it was displayed.
While I love refined and elegant- I do love a rustic touch here and there. This mantel is a blast from the past- with a more masculine feeling in the little cottage.
Fall is in the air
And another blast from the past…. this one was a favorite.
