All things Merry & Bright… by twinkle light. Today we are taking a little tour of some of the Christmas magic appearing around the house – but instead of the usual bright daylight photos- it is all about Christmas magic at night.

Christmas Magic at Night

I am going my friend Rachel for her Christmas lights at Night tour today- and if you are coming over from her beautiful place- Welcome! We are off on the road to see my daughter in the mountains to drop off some Christmas treats before the snow starts up again- so will keep the usual chatter short and sweet for this post.

Merry & Bright
Cozy. Merry. Calm and bright and Magic filled. And full of so much beautiful Christmas magic. I love Twinkle light season- it is my most favorite season.

Cozy Christmas
I love the cozy feeling that Christmas brings to the house in the evenings. The twinkling trees around every corner.

The candlelight and the extra sprinkle of fairy dust that seems to cover everything in the house.
Candlelight

Candles and twinkle lights- pretty much the best and pretty much on repeat everywhere in the house.

Childhood Memories
Along with lots of nostalgia.

This year with Juliette experiencing her first Christmas- we are simmering in a little bit of Childhood Christmas and remembering back when my babies were wee ones just like Juju.

It seemed every twinkle light was a new and exciting thing and each little Christmas treasure was so full of wonder.

Of course, as parents, you look at Christmas through your children’s eyes and can feel all that Christmas magic just like they do. It is truly a magic filled season.

I absolutely love the Christmas lights twinkling away all the time and at night-it is almost like the world gets an extra sprinkle of Christmas magic. And I absolutely love to soak it up as much as I can.
The Week Before Christmas

Especially this week. Christmas is just a few days away and this week is always a bit of a quiet down over here. The holiday decorating is done, the trees are twinkling away all through the house (and yard) and wrapping presents by the fire and baking is on the agenda- and maybe taking Juliette out for a drive to see all the festive houses full of Christmas lights magic at night too.

Hope you have enjoyed this little evening tour today. I have one more evening twinkle lights post that will be coming your way along with a few more things this week. And don’t miss the next stop on the tour today- my friend Lauren over at Blesser House.

So much beauty
so beautiful, Courtenay! The candles add so much coziness. Love all of your beautifully decorated trees. What an amazing tour!
Everything was perfection! I always struggle to decorate in front of the open fireplace. I love your use of the village of houses. are those individual houses or is it a “screen of houses” that can be set up in front of the fireplace firebox? I’d love to have the same look if it can be sourced. Thank you for sharing your beautiful christmas magic.
